205 – Trimble Access Online Services

Background: Trimble offers users a seamless integration between field and office.  Data can be synchronized between field and office using three very powerful tools:  Trimble Access, Trimble Business Center & the Trimble Access Services web interface.

Course Goals & Objectives:   Some of the workflows covered in this module include setting up an account with Trimble Access Services to set up synchronization folders and register each controller.  We will look at the host of features available on the Trimble Access Services website.  The user will also learn how to integrate TBC with Trimble Access Services to import data, mission plan and lookup registered device information.  The functionality provided within Trimble Access and the role it plays between TBC and Trimble Access Services is also covered in this module.

Prerequisites: The user will need to be up-to-date on their Trimble Access Software warranty, have an internet connection & Trimble Business Center version 3.0 or later.  It would also be beneficial for the user to have taken course "202-Migration from TGO to TBC" or know their way around TBC.
